Shipping Policy — Howzit Paws

We ship nationwide across South Africa using Aramex as our courier partner.

Delivery time: Orders are dispatched as soon as possible, with delivery taking up to 8-11 working days.
Delivery fee: A flat delivery fee of R99 applies to orders under R1,000.
Free delivery: Orders over R1,000 qualify for free delivery.
Order tracking: Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with an Aramex tracking number via email so you can track your order's progress.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. Address changes can be made before your order has been shipped by contacting us at howzitpaws@gmail.com. Once an order has been dispatched, the customer will be responsible for contacting our delivery partner Aramex to change a delivery address and fees occurring from a delivery address change.

Do you offer free shipping?

We only offer free shipping for orders above R900. Standard shipping is R99 on nationwide orders in South Africa. We use Aramex as our delivery partner.

What's your returns policy?

Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery — but for hygiene reasons, opened items can't be returned unless damaged or defective.
